We have so many &quot;static&quot; websites out there selling wonderful goods, yet they have no clue how (or desire) to utilize their own talented team to generate buzz. I love the Zappos approach. My fiance recently was shoe shopping, and was reluctant about doing it online. However, after seeing the shoe videos featuring every-day Zappos employees, he felt more comfortable and then bought a pair. Zappos isn&#039;t afraid to feature their best assets -their employees on the site, in the images and in videos -and customers and their ability to leave tons of reviews.</description>
