And just to add one thing - the advice here may be obvious to some, however I would say from direct observation not all organizations follow it, so it is worth restating.  I see no issues with writing big picture things from time-to-time as we tend to spend so much effort drilling down to specifics.  Always worth reinforcing the right ideas even if they are not 100% new.</description>

		<description>I love this post Adam. Easy to follow and inspiring. Great flow which leads to better understanding. I can&#039;t find the points that are my favorite since they&#039;re all useful. I&#039;d have to say Consistency and Remarkable.
