This is a great and helpful list!
However I wonder why you dont mention the option to make yourself “visible” in the blogosphere by visiting other blogs of your interest/niche and comment their articles?
Certainly this has been abused so much in the past that you probably didnt want to mention it.
However IMHO being an active blogger not only “by yourself” but also on other blogs (comments/guest articles etc.) is really essential part of getting more visitors to your blog!
