Wonder why so many software titles necessitate encyclopedic manuals?  In the struggle to stay on top, software authors stray from single-purpose to feature-laden.  Feature creep begets complexity.
When you&#039;re tasked by a customer to add more, it may be worth remembering this apt quote:
