I guess it is more of a passion thing. We LOVE doing the stuff we do, and do it no matter what. We'd sacrifice a lot, including health, just to keep working on those feeds and ideas at the PC. Just commented to see how you were doing. I too skipped my exercises. Your post will make me go jogging tomorrow. Thanks. BTW, you'd love to read 4 Hour Work Week - Timonthy Feriss. Give it a try. Don't press it too much thought :-)
Cheers!

May 6, 2008 and now 2010 May, how is ur schedule? :-) Hope you are keeping up with it. I guess it is more of a passion thing. I work for a small business development firm that is 4 months old, needless to say, alot to do. Last weekend, I did nothing but worked. It was intense and felt great to get so much done in just 2 days. This weekend, I had planned to do the same........didn't work out too well. I crashed and burned. There was nothing I could do to motivate myself. The creative juices were NOT flowin. I was so disappointed in myself. I think it is important to remember that we aren't robots. We NEED physical excercise and brain space to let things grow. Thanks for the great post.

The timing of this post is almost eerie. This statement is spot-on. If it were easy to convince the populous that physical activity enriched the cerebral experience we might not be facing a rising obesity epidemic. How do you think marketing could work to CONVINCE people to actually get up and move around? It's common knowledge that a healthy diet and physical exercise is beneficial. So how do we convince others to take the steps you're taking to better themselves?

“You have to make the decision for yourself, and stick to it.”

This statement is spot-on.
