		<description>I think you hit the nail right on the head there. Another important point is to make your content original, and not constantly post recycled content. People can find this anywhere, if you want loyal readers, you need to dream up your own content. Not somebody elses.</description>

As the old saying goes &quot;Blogging is about conversation&quot;. I think this means that blogs rely quite a lot upon spontaneity and this is probably its main strength over other media.

Between passion, voice, and spontaneity on the one hand, and cleanliness, polish and professionalism on the other hand, maybe we must strike a balance.</description>
